Por­tuguese Out­reach Inter­na­tional is Chris­t­ian Charis­matic out­reach min­istry based in Bed­ford­view, South Africa, oper­at­ing under the ban­ner of Caly Fer­reira Min­istries and Vic­tory Faith Church Inter­na­tional Bed­ford­view (IFCC mem­ber church), with its pur­pose to evan­ge­lize the Por­tuguese speak­ing Nations, as well as teach and equip the exist­ing church of Jesus Christ through­out the Por­tuguese speak­ing world, with the Gospel Mes­sage of the Lord Jesus Christ, and Faith towards God.

There are an esti­mated 220 Mil­lion Por­tuguese speak­ing peo­ple in the world today, in the fol­low­ing nations, Por­tu­gal (Madeira Island and Açores Islands), Brazil, East Timor, Macau, Cape Verde Islands, Guinea Bis­sau, Mozam­bique, Angola and Sao Tome, as well as over 1 Mil­lion emi­grants resid­ing in the USA and Canada, that are in need of the Gospel of Christ.

With the major­ity of these Nations hav­ing been raged by years of war, illit­er­acy, poverty, non exist­ing basic health care, unem­ploy­ment, des­ti­tute chil­dren, pros­ti­tu­tion, sick­nesses, dis­ease and many other up evils are in exis­tence, with the dis­ap­point­ment of false hopes given to them by false reli­gion, has left a major spir­i­tual vac­uum in many of these nations.

The major­ity of the Por­tuguese speak­ing pop­u­la­tion world­wide are non prac­tic­ing Catholics, and are there­fore very prone to fall into decep­tion of false teach­ings and reli­gions – As Born-Again believ­ers, we have the answer to these people’s spir­i­tual needs, and are there­fore com­manded by the Lord Jesus Christ, to speak the truth in love, and have Him con­firm His Word with Signs, Won­ders and Mir­a­cles, through His Word in these people’s lives.

OUR MISSION: Is to part­ner with church lead­ers and indi­vid­u­als in build­ing the church of Jesus Christ in their areas in the Por­tuguese speak­ing world, through evan­ge­lism, train­ing and equip­ping church lead­ers and indi­vid­u­als to take their place in the church of Jesus Christ, to change their com­mu­ni­ties, and uplift these com­mu­ni­ties through the Gospel.

OUR VISION: Our vision is to work along­side Pas­tors, Chris­t­ian lead­ers, and indi­vid­u­als in train­ing and equip­ping them to light up the fire of the Holy Spirit and the Word of God, and work along­side local and Inter­na­tional mis­sion­ar­ies in church plant­ing, dis­ci­ple­ship and lead­er­ship train­ing.
